  • Baicart is a tech and gadgets e-commerce store based in Lagos, Nigeria. We source and deliver authentic products at the best possible prices.

  • Our physical store is at 7 Idowu Lane, Computer Village, Ikeja, Lagos. We deliver nationwide across Nigeria with no restrictions.

  • Yes. Every product listed and sold as brand new on Baicart is 100% genuine and authentic. We source directly from authorised channels.

Shopping & Orders

Finding the right product, placing the order.

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you can track it directly on our website using your order number. You will also receive status updates by email and SMS.

  • If the product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund as soon as possible. We may offer a comparable alternative โ€” but there is no obligation to accept.

  • Yes โ€” we offer international shipping to selected countries. Shipping costs and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

How fast, how far, and how much.

  • Within Lagos, delivery is usually completed within 12 hours. For other parts of Nigeria, delivery takes 24 to 72 hours.

  • File a complaint immediately with our customer support team and include clear pictorial evidence of the damage. We will guide you on next steps.

Payments

Secure checkout, however you prefer to pay.

  • We accept bank transfer, card, USSD, and internet gateway payments. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.

  • Yes. We use secure payment gateways powered by trusted partners such as Flutterwave and Paystack.

Returns & Refunds

When it isn't quite right.

  • Yes, provided the product is returned in perfect physical condition. A refund is processed only if the issue is not caused by the customer and we cannot replace.

Warranty

Protection that stands with every purchase.

  • For every brand new product, we provide the manufacturer's warranty โ€” a minimum of one year.

  • Pre-owned products come with a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery.

  • Contact our customer support team first and provide the receipt issued by Baicart. File a complaint before sending or dropping off the product.
