We stand behind every item we sell. This policy outlines the terms that apply to every product so you have a clear path to resolution if anything goes wrong.
Manufacturer warranty on brand-new products.
Every product listed and sold as brand new on Baicart comes with a manufacturer's warranty of at least one (1) year from the date of purchase. This warranty is provided directly by the original manufacturer and covers manufacturing defects, technical faults, and software-related issues that may arise under normal use.
Warranty on pre-owned products.
For products clearly listed and sold as pre-owned, refurbished, or used, Baicart provides a 30-day warranty from the date of delivery or collection. This shorter window reflects the nature of previously owned items while still protecting against major technical or functional failures that are not due to normal wear and tear.
What the warranty covers.
Both the manufacturer's 1-year cover and our 30-day pre-owned cover primarily protect against technical and software-related issues, including:
- Hardware malfunctions due to manufacturing defects.
- Software glitches or failures that prevent normal operation.
- Performance issues that affect the core functionality of the product.
What the warranty does not cover.
For clarity, the warranty does not cover the following:
- Liquid damage of any kind.
- Electrical damage caused by power surges, incorrect voltage, faulty chargers, or improper electrical connections.
- Physical damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Damage from unauthorised modifications, or cosmetic issues that don't affect functionality.
- Issues caused by using the product outside the manufacturer's recommended guidelines.
Conditions for warranty validity.
To keep your warranty valid:
- The product must not have been tampered with, opened, or repaired by any third party.
- All original seals, stickers, and serial numbers must remain intact.
- The product must have been used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation from Baicart) must be provided when making a claim.
General warranty notes.
- Coverage begins from the date of delivery or collection.
- Baicart reserves the right to refuse warranty service if the product shows signs of misuse, unauthorised repair, or fraudulent claims.
- In the event of a valid claim, we will resolve through repair, replacement with a similar item of equal or higher value, or refund at our discretion.

How to make a warranty claim.

Email, call, WhatsApp, or use the website form. Share your order number, a clear description, and photos or videos if possible.
Wait for instructions
Do not send or drop off the product without approval — doing so may delay or decline the claim.
