These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Baicart. By browsing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts to place an order. By checking out, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at info@baicart.com if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or terminate accounts used for fraud, abuse, or activity that breaches these Terms.

An order placed on our website is an offer to buy. Your order is only accepted once we send an order-confirmation email and the item is in stock. We may decline or cancel an order — and refund you in full — if: the item is mispriced or unavailable, we suspect fraud, or we cannot deliver to your address.

• All prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable VAT.
• Shipping fees are shown at checkout based on destination and delivery method.
• Payment is taken at checkout via our supported gateways (card, bank transfer, USSD, etc.).
• If a price is shown in error, we will contact you before dispatch and either honour the listed price, offer a refund, or cancel the order.

Delivery times, areas, and fees are described on our Shipping Information page. Risk of loss passes to you once the item has been delivered to the address on the order. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.

We sell only authentic products sourced through authorised channels. We make every effort to describe items accurately, but minor variations in colour, packaging, or specification may occur due to manufacturer updates or display calibration. Photos are for illustration only.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Resell, scrape, or systematically copy our content, prices, or product data.
• Attempt to bypass security, probe vulnerabilities, or interfere with site availability.
• Upload content that is defamatory, obscene, infringing, or otherwise unlawful.

All content on this website — including the Baicart name, logo, product photography, copy, and code — is owned by Baicart or its licensors and protected by Nigerian and international intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.

If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you confirm that it is your own, accurate, and lawful. You grant Baicart a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and adapt that content for the operation and promotion of our business. We may remove content that breaches these Terms without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Baicart's total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses — such as lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the site or any product. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, courier disruptions, civil unrest, or government action.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site, or cancel an order, at any time if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or applicable law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, liability, and governing law — will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
